Keep your CRM and your knowledge graph perfectly in sync, in both directions.
Scaleforce holds your accounts, opportunities, and custom objects, the backbone of how your sales team tracks revenue. The Strand integration pulls all of it into your knowledge graph and connects it to usage data, support history, and billing records from everywhere else you operate. Revenue context that used to live in one tool now travels with every customer record.
How it works
Authenticate with your Scaleforce API key and choose which objects and custom fields to bring in. Cortex ingests accounts and opportunities and resolves them against matching records in your other connected sources, so a Scaleforce account and a billing customer become one entity instead of two. Updates in Scaleforce flow into the graph continuously, and because the sync is bi-directional, resolved data can flow back the other way too.
Configure
Admins manage the Scaleforce connection from the integrations settings panel, where API credentials and object scope are set per workspace. Custom object mappings can be adjusted at any time without disrupting the existing sync. Bi-directional writes are off by default and need to be explicitly enabled, giving teams control over what Strand is allowed to push back into Scaleforce. For accounts with non-standard pipeline stages, custom stage mapping keeps reporting consistent across both systems.
